Modular power supplies are generally considered better than non-modular power supplies because they allow for more flexibility in cable management. With modular power supplies, you can attach only the cables you need, reducing clutter and improving airflow within the computer case. This can lead to better cooling and overall system performance. Additionally, modular power supplies make it easier to upgrade or replace cables, as you can simply detach and reattach them as needed. **

The main difference between modular and non-modular power supplies is the presence of detachable cables. Modular power supplies allow users to detach and attach cables as needed, which can help with cable management and airflow within the computer case. Non-modular power supplies have all cables permanently attached, which can lead to a messier and less organized build. While modular power supplies offer more flexibility and customization, they are often more expensive than non-modular power supplies. **

Semi-modular power supplies have some fixed cables and some modular cables, allowing for some customization in cable management. Fully modular power supplies, on the other hand, have all of their cables detachable, providing the most flexibility in cable management. This means that fully modular power supplies are generally easier to work with and can result in a cleaner and more organized build. However, semi-modular power supplies are often more affordable and can still offer some level of customization. **

Gear 4, also known as Boundman, is the highest level of Gear that Luffy has demonstrated in the anime. It's possible that future episodes or chapters of the One Piece manga may reveal a Gear 5, but as of now, it has not been shown in the anime. **

Yes, modular power supplies typically come with a set of cables included. These cables are used to connect the power supply to various components in a computer system, such as the motherboard, graphics card, and storage drives. The advantage of modular power supplies is that they allow users to only use the cables they need, reducing clutter and improving airflow within the computer case. **

As of now, there has been no official announcement regarding the introduction of Gear 5 in the One Piece series. The creator of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda, has not revealed any specific details about when Gear 5 will be introduced. It is likely that Gear 5 will be revealed at a significant moment in the story, but fans will have to wait for Oda to unveil it in the manga or anime. **
